The Central African Republic
The Central African Republic is a landlocked country in central Africa which borders Chad in the north, Sudan to the east, Sudan to the east, the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Congo in the south and west Cameroon. The country was a French colony until 1960, then called Ubangi-Shari.
