Chad
Chad is a landlocked country in central Africa. It is bordered by Libya to the north, Sudan to the east, the Central African Republic to the south, Cameroon and Nigeria to the southwest, and Niger to the west. The northern part of Chad is located in the Sahara desert. Chad is divided into three major geographical regions: a desert zone in the north, a dry Sahel belt in the center and a more fertile savannah in the south.

N'Djamena is the capital of Chad. The city has 1 million inhabitants, and in practice the country's only major city. The city is beautifully situated by Lake Chad and the Chari River.

N'Djamena has not earth sights to offer, quite apart from beautiful boat trips, sunsets and sunrises on the beautiful rivers Logone and Chari. N'Djamena's main attraction is the National Museum which undergoes story from beginning to the present day, where you can learn about art, culture and tribes.

The dwellers of Tjader's very friendly, they come up to you on the street, they start talking with you anywhere, they invite for coffee and they they invite to dinner.
